The main area of the camp is laid-back and situated beneath canvas, while accommodation is provided by five Meru-style tents perched on wooden platforms. Chobe Mopani Forest LodgeChobe Mopani Forest Lodge overlooks a thriving waterhole in the remote Kasane Forest Reserve, a relatively unexplored concession bordering the Zambezi National Park in the northern stretches of Botswana. The lodge’s claim to fame is its prolific elephant herds, many of which can be spotted congregating around the lodge’s waterhole. Boasting 20 bedrooms that all face the waterhole (two levels), this secluded hideaway ensures every need is met in terms of accommodation.

Mankwe Tented RetreatSituated in a private concession on the doorstep of Moremi Game Reserve, Mankwe Tented Retreat is a sanctuary for the soul. It offers a sublime retreat-style space with private deck areas, two swimming pools, and a pool lounge/bar. In total, there are 10 tented suites each built on raised platforms with private wooden viewing decks. The central area houses a swimming pool with expansive decking that flows through to a dining area and small boma. The on-site waterhole is the perfect place for a sundowner session in the wild.
