Guides who make it fun for a group of young 20-year-old guys who are on a boys trip, as well as a group of retirees who have a very different perspective on life and a very different background coming from a different culture.
The guides that can adapt to all those different sets of guests, all the different needs and wants and ways of guiding are the absolutely best ones.
Because the perfect guide for a child is not always the perfect guide for couples celebrating their 50th anniversary.”
